17/09/11 Surf report
Today is looking very choppy. Lots of north westerly wind on all of the beaches today. Saunton will be the best hope for a cleaner wave. 2-4ft. Maybe slightly bigger on the push this afternoon. Lot's of white water for learners so not all bad.

12/09/11 UPDATE
Red flags now up at Croyde. Lifeguards will not allow anyone in the sea at Croyde Beach today. If you would like to hire we will allow you too under condition of you going to Putsbourgh beach where conditions are much safer.

Another blustery day in North devon. The surf is very messy and very big! Puts is your only hope if you're a keen bean! The wind is even getting in there now. Looks like the wind may switch to offshore on Thursday and things could improve. Have a good day whatever you're up too!
